As I discussed in an earlier post, rules are slightly
different from league to league, and even among the different divisions within
a league. I don't carry every rule book
with me, but I do like to create one-page summaries, or what I call cheat
sheets, that I can fold up and carry in my pocket, depending on the league to
which I've been assigned that day.
